Q: What days are you open?

I typically shoot Tuesday and Thursday, and work in the office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Of course exceptions can be made but i avoid shooting on weekends when possible in order that I can spend time with my family and children. My schedule is flexible for the most part and I will be happy to accommodate your situation if possible. I usually limit weekends to about 6 a year, 2 of which will always be in November (and book quickly).

Q: How long will the entire process take?

Under normal circumstances you will be able to view your images about 2 weeks after your session. Delivery time of your prints depends on what you order. This could be 3 days to 6 weeks.

Q: What do we wear?

That will depend on the style of photography that you decide to do for your session. We will discuss this during your consultation.

Q: How do you mean by, "on location"?

On-location means YOUR location: your house; your property; your choice of a public location, the beach, a park, etc.

Q: When do you recommend doing newborn sessions?

AS soon as POSSIBLE! Preferably 3-5 days old.

Q: How will we see our images?

We will set aside an hour and half to go over your images with you and help you select the ones you like, and then help you decide what to do with them. This will be your viewing appointment and all decision makers need to be present at this meeting. We also recommend that you don't bring small children. This will help you make decisions without being distracted.

Q: Do we get a CD of the images?

Actually, "no". When I ask my clients what they want to do with their images the most common answer, "I don't know", and the CD ends up sitting in a drawer somewhere. We want you to be HAPPY with the final product. We have the expertise and take full responsibility for output of your images, consulting with you all along the way.Technology is amazing and allows us to print all sorts of non-conventional products such as storyboards, metal prints and canvas collections. We deal only with professional print vendors to assure that your final product is truly exceptional.

Q: How much is a session fee?

Studio and on-site sessions are $39. On-location sessions within 30 miles of Dierks are $89. For longer distances, we are happy to provide a you quote.

Q: How much does a typical customer end up spending for your services?

It all depends on what you want. You could spend as little as $200 or as much as $2,000 and up, but the typical customer generally spends between $500 and $1000.

Q: Do you have a payment plan?

Of course! We also accept Visa and MasterCard.
